With seven out of seven precinct reporting, it appears that Julia Hutt Sichol has received 62.66 percent of the vote to 37.33% for incumbent Commonwealth’s Attorney Dean Jefferson Atkins.
Sheriff C. O. Balderson has received 78.48% of the vote, 3133 votes to Clyde N. Fishers’ 845 votes.
Incumbent Commissioner of the Revenue Carol Gawen has received 60.39% of the vote.
Challengers Judy Bowman and Butch Foutz have received 26.2% and 13.37% respectively.
District One Supervisor has been reelected with 71.52% of the vote - 668 votes, to Paul Mountjoy’s 265 votes.
Rosemary Mahan has received 43.13% of the vote for District Two supervisor. Incumbent Russ Culver received 38.58% of the vote and Steve Bryant received 18.18% of the vote.
For the At-Large school board seat Gernard Reed has been elected with 37.72% of the vote. Scott Duprey and Kevin Garner received 32.36% and 29.81% respectively.
In the District One school board race Andrea Roane won 518 votes to Sharon Bedford’s 246 votes.
