Irene C. Forman, 88, of Spotsylvania County, formerly of King George County, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by three sons, James R. Jackson of Forestville, MD, Wayne O. Jackson (Flora) of King George and Donald Jackson Sr. (Sandra) of Spotsylvania; three daughters, Phyllis Pollard (Carl) of Spotsylvania, Lillian Jackson of King George and Gladys Sumter (Leon) of Spotsylvania; and 19 grandchildren.

A funeral was held Saturday, Dec. 22, at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Supply, with the Rev. Irving Woolfolk Jr. officiating.
