Nellie Garnett Allen, 92, of Hague passed away Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012.
Mrs. Allen was a member of Coles Point United Methodist Church and the widow of James Allen and Samuel Phillips.
She is survived by son Samuel Phillips Jr. of Coles Point; stepdaughter Mariel C. Bartel of Florida; two brothers, Douglas Jenkins of Warsaw and Warren Jenkins Jr. of Coles Point; sister Florence J. Muse of Coles Point; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by son Warren Phillips; daughter Amelia P. Coates; and brother William P. Jenkins.
A funeral was held Saturday, Nov. 17, at Coles Point United Methodist Church, Coles Point. Interment was in the Carmel United Methodist Church cemetery in Hague.
