Peggy Ladaun Miner, 39, of Colonial Beach passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Mary Washington Hospital.
She was a Little League coach and team mom, and was employed with Walmart. She also was a former member of the Colonial Beach Rescue Squad.
Survivors include her husband, David W. Miner, of the home; four sons, Damon, Daniel, Dustin and Dillon, all of the home; three sisters, Jenni Johnson, Leah Whitman and Pam Allen, all of Alabama; and two half sisters, Tori Marlow and Amanda Hartley, both of Alabama.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Evelyn Gentry; and a brother, Jeff Gentry.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 4, in Westmoreland Independent Baptist Church, 17921 Ridge Road, Colonial Beach, with a service beginning at 6 p.m. officiated by the Rev. Robert L. Warnick.
Interment will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 5, in Quantico National Cemetery.
