Gayle Maxine Hoffberger-Briggs, 55, of King George County died in her sleep on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012.
Gayle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas Briggs; sons Zachary Fissette and Allen Tate; mother Carolyn Kelly; siblings Margaret Edwards, Lora Kimbrough, Dickie Wood and Chris Kelly; and her grandchildren, Anabelle, Donald, and Helen.
Gayle was loved dearly by her family and friends, and will be sorely missed. She was a very caring person, and enjoyed giving as much of herself to others as possible. She also enjoyed traveling, being a homemaker, and spending time with friends and family. Gayle earned her Associates Degree in Graphic Arts and worked primarily in the Desktop Publishing field in spite of her disabilities.
No arrangements for a memorial service have been made at this time.
