Ruth Herrink, publisher of The Journal, presents Mr. Carlton Middlebrook his copy of the Dahlgren book, which The Journal has just republished. Middlebrook helped sponsor the publication in memory of his father, Charles Candy Middlebrook, who was brought to Dahlgren to work with Carl Lucas Norden, inventor of the Norden bombsight.
